In order to acquire land, if someone needs to make a kulo from another person's land and asks for land, the respective landowner must give the land to such a person for making a kulo from the place he deems appropriate.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the person making the land for the construction of the land shall pay the amount according to the current value of the land used to make the land or reasonable compensation to the land owner.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), in case of construction of land on public or government land, no land, value of land or compensation shall be paid for the land under land.
